Contact DegreeMapper
DegreeMapper is run by a small editorial team that maintains the institution dataset, writes the program guides, and reviews state-level changes to articulation agreements as they are announced. We welcome the following kinds of messages, in roughly the priority order in which we respond.
Corrections to institution data
If you spot incorrect tuition, transfer-rate, or program information on a state or institution page, please tell us. We work from federal IPEDS records and state community college system disclosures, both of which lag the current academic year by between several months and a year. Direct corrections from college staff, advisors, and current students help us close that gap quickly.
Missing institutions
We aim to cover every accredited public two-year institution in the United States, including branch campuses where they are reported separately to IPEDS. If your community college is missing or appears in the wrong state, please let us know — include the institution's official name and the state it operates in.
Articulation agreement updates
Articulation agreements between specific community colleges and specific receiving universities change every academic year. If you are an advisor or registrar with new articulation information, we are interested. We do not republish full agreement PDFs (those belong on the receiving university's site) but we link to them and summarize the high-level changes in our state and program guides.
Editorial corrections to guides
Our cross-cutting guides — the articulation overview, the terminology glossary, the FAQ — aim to be plain-English and accurate. If you find a term defined incorrectly, an outdated cost figure, or a process step that no longer matches state law, send us the correction and a source.
Partnerships and press
For partnership, syndication, or press inquiries, please write to editorial [at] degreemapper.example. We do not accept paid placement, paid links, or paid editorial content. We will consider link-and-credit syndication of our state and program guides for educational publishers and counseling organizations.
What we cannot do
We cannot offer one-on-one advising, evaluate individual transcripts, or guarantee transfer credit decisions. Those decisions belong to the receiving university's registrar and the relevant academic department. The articulation guide on this site explains how to start that conversation effectively.
